Sales Account Manager
Employment Solutions of New York

Lilly entered the staffing world after finishing her education in Business Administration at Mansfield University. She joins this industry with high aspirations to promote growth, and development for Employment Solutions. She has actively participated in the Enactus Business Organization, Corning Chamber of Commerce, and CAYP. Her goal is to grow her network, and have a positive ongoing engagement in her community. Outside of work she enjoys quality time with her husband and daughter, exercise, and the outdoors.

Jesseca was born in NYC, raised in Elmira, NY and relocated back to Chemung County after attending college in Rochester. She's a mother to three children and many plant babies. When not working or attending a community event, you can catch her in the crowd of a sports gym/field. She loves music, travelling, and searching for new plants.

Kailey Merrill

Administrative Assistant for Corporate Communications at Corning Incorporated

Kailey is a Corning Valley native with a background in administration and customer service, and holds dual Bachelor’s in Sociology and Communications.

In her free time, you can find her exercising, practicing pottery at The heART Studio, hosting at The Cellar on Market Street, or working to connect the community through her involvement with CAYP.

Corning Area Young Professionals actively seeks to engage the area's young workforce to build bonds among peers, local businesses, and organizations by providing opportunities for networking, growth, and lifelong connections.

Our team meets every other week to plan out events and networking opportunities throughout the year. The team is able to plan an array of events, from networking opportunities to DIY nights, movies -- you name it, the team continues to think of ways to engage Corning's young workforce by leveraging their own backgrounds and experiences.
